Located in the Jinrong street of Beijing city, the building was awarded the steel structure demonstration project of National Construction Department. The structure form was steel frame-concrete core canister system. The steel column was trunk.

Located in the Jinrong street of Beijing city, the 3# and 4# building of Jinchen flat was awarded the steel structure demonstration project of National Construction Department.

The two buildings were consisted of fifteen storeys, including two underground storeys and the thirteen storeys above the ground.

The exterior sizes for the two buildings are sixty meters long and twenty meters wide.

The 3 building owns three units with the total height 38.987 meters and the 4# building owns four units with the total height 39.5 meters. The total building area is 52.218,93 square meters.

The structure form was steel frame-concrete core canister system. The steel column was trunk.

The steel beam was H profiled bar welded.

The steel materials were chosen as Q235BF.

The node form Column-column was connected by welding and column-beam was connected by both bolt and welding.

Beam-wall body: H profiled bar column or pre-burred component was connected by bolt.

Wall body: ALC sheet with the external aluminium decorating sheet, heat preservation with special cotton, the external partition wall was made up of enhanced plaster piece.

Roof-sloped shape, the aluminum-zinc clad steel sheet.
